A graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, Erin spent time working in the kitchen at Pure Food and Wine after several years in the dance performing world and instructing classes at Physique 57. She owned and operated her own healthy cookie and granola company O'Cookies Wholesome Bites in New York City and you can now find her teaching classes at Define Body & Mind in Houston.
